Harold Semanoff graduated from the University of Maryland with High Honors and was inducted into the Beta Gama Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi scholastic honor societies.
After graduation, he attended Albany Law School where he also served for two years as a Legislative Assistant to a New York City Assemblyman in the New York State Assembly. He also gained valuable litigation experience at the New York State Attorney General's Office.
Following law school, he returned home to Philadelphia, joined a Center City Law Firm and began to develop his litigation skills and exhaustive attention to detail which would become his hallmark in years to come.
In 1979, he started his own Center City Law firm. In 1990, he relocated the firm to the suburbs where it has matured into one of the largest and most respected firms in Montgomery County.
He has successfully represented clients against major hospitals, automotive manufacturers, consumer product and boating manufacturers, negligent health care providers and a host of other defendants in Federal and State Courts.
In addition to representing clients in medical malpractice and complex bodily injury cases, Harold Semanoff is also an accomplished Commercial Litigator. He regularly represents physicians, business clients, corporations, small businesses and individuals in Federal and State Courts.
Harold Semanoff has also taught other professionals in the Penn State Paralegal Program, lectured to community groups, and has served as an Expert Witness in Legal Malpractice cases.
